Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey; if you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns of new or gently used products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and a small return processing fee may apply.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid USPS or UPS return shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging if possible, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
